Using SealSkinz as Khuffs and Ethanol in Medication

Question:

I was wondering whether waterproof socks such as those made by SealSkinz (listed in the links below) can be used as khuffain (i.e. wiped over).

Yes, SealSkinz fulfill the conditions of valid footgear. I consulted Shaykh Adib Kallas of Damascus and other eminent Hanafi jurists on this matter.
