There is nothing specifically established in the Qur'an and Sunna about when exactly the past prophets--including Sayyiduna Yusuf (peace be upon him)--were born. The Qur'anic focus is not on historical details per se, but on the lessons of guidance that history contains.
Allah Most High tells us in the closing verses of Surat Yusuf:
"In their stories is surely a lesson for those who would understand. It is
not a tale forged, but a confirmation of what is before it; a
distinguishing of every thing; a guidance; and mercy for people
who believe."
And Allah alone gives success.
