Al-Salam alaykum
1 & 2. It is not permissible.
Abu Usamah
Is music permissible in dhikrs, for example those done by the Mevlevi tariqa ... also I was told by Hanafis (I do not know their qualifications) who follow the Qadari tariqa that the accordion (I don't know if that is the correct spelling) was used by Shaykh 'Abd ul-Qadir Jilani himself, and so these people listen to music involving the accordion in their dhikrs.
Walaikum assalam,
The relied upon position in the Hanafi school, as well as the other 3 madhhabs, is that musical instruments (besides the daff) are impermissible. While there is some difference of opinion, including that of some notable fuqaha, one should remain within what is relied upon.
Even those who permitted instruments, did so with very strict conditions, rarely met by "sufis" of our times, let alone others.
However, given the difference of opinion, we cannot condemn those who use instruments in their dhikrs, as long as there is no other munkar involved.
Wassalam,
Faraz.

While some knowledge can be gained from reading or casually listening to lectures, the best means to gain knowledge is through finding a qualified teacher and then setting up a systematic program of learning. Picking up a book or reading an article and trying to figure things out on our own is no substitute for learning from someone who has a direct link to our living tradition.
