Assalamu alaykum
In the name of Allah the Inspirer of truth.
1. It is not permissible to pierce any other part of the body besides the ear and nose for women. Piercing the belly button or other such parts of the body has not been considered the adornment of any decent women. Hence, it is surely impermissible to do so and could constitute the mutilation of ones body which is unlawful [see Ibn Abidin’s Radd al-Muhtar 5:270].
2. Colored-contact lenses can not be called haram. They would be permissible for a women to use as part of her makeup for her husband. However, it would not be permissible to wear them outside to draw attention to oneself, and it would surely be haram to deceive a prospective fiancé regarding the color of ones eyes by wearing them.
And Allah knows best.

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Knowledge is only through study." While some knowledge can be gained from reading or casually listening to lectures, the best means to gain knowledge is through finding a qualified teacher and then setting up a systematic program of learning. Picking up a book or reading an article and trying to figure things out on our own is no substitute for learning from someone who has a direct link to our living tradition.
