Wa alaykum assalam
Due to the overwhelming number of questions and other duties, I was unable go through all the guidelines mentioned by the finance company. However, by looking at the Shariah advisory board, it seems that the alternatives offered by them are in compliance with Shariah.
Shaykh Taqi Usmani, Shaykh Nizam al-Ya'qubi, Shaykh Yusuf Talal and others are mentioned as part of the advisory board, whilst the company's advisor is, my dear friend and the son of Shaykh Taqi Usmani, Dr. Imran Ashraf Usmani.
Therefore, it seems what the company has to offer is generally shariah compliant. However, you should check and make sure about each of the programs offered by them with a scholar.
wassalam

While some knowledge can be gained from reading or casually listening to lectures, the best means to gain knowledge is through finding a qualified teacher and then setting up a systematic program of learning. Picking up a book or reading an article and trying to figure things out on our own is no substitute for learning from someone who has a direct link to our living tradition.
